Approach
Nexus Consulting adopts a
user-oriented approach. Our primary goal is to provide our
clients with information they can use to make effective
decisions about their services. We believe in building a
relationship with each of our clients, providing timely
feedback, and being accessible--all things you rarely get
with an external evaluator.
Consulting is a collaborative process. We pride ourselves
on being flexible and adaptable to the challenges and needs
of our clients. There are no “cookie-cutter” solutions in
our work, which is why we employ a wide variety of
techniques and approaches (see Methods). We understand that every agency is
faced with its own set of internal and external
pressures and constraints, and we take these into
account as we try to design a solution that is both
practical and effective.
